Brake Linings for The Oil and Gas Industry

Newton Friction Asbestos-Free Woven Brake Linings are supplied and used extensively within the Oil and Gas Industry, where they are fitted as original equipment and replacement spares on the winches and cranes installed on drilling and workover rigs, pipelaying vessels, dredgers and oil support vessels.

Supplied in rolls, cut pieces, and drilled radiussed blocks our materials are produced in a range of thicknesses up to 35 mm (1.375 inches").

All brake linings may be fixed by screws, rivets or bonding.
